For anything happening right now, please use the report button inside the chat or on the forum post. It sends a snapshot of the conversation to our moderators, which is faster and more useful than describing it in an email. Use email only if you need to follow up on a report or the in-app option is not working.
If you believe a ban was a mistake, email us from the Gmail address you signed in with. Explain what happened and include as much context as you can. Appeals are reviewed by a person.
To ask about your data or to have your account record deleted, email us from the Gmail address you signed in with so we can confirm it is you. You can read more in our Privacy page.
If you are worried about your own safety or someone else's, please contact your local authorities or a trusted adult first. You can then tell us what happened so we can take action on our side.
Student organizations, campus groups and writers are welcome to reach out. Tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
BUbble is run by a small team. We aim to reply within a few days, and we look at safety reports first.
